India Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday used Pakistani airspace for the first time after February’s botched Balakot strike by the Indian Air Force. The Indian premier is on a state visit to France, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain from August 22 to August 26. The flight carrying Modi, callsign Air India One (AI-1), used Pakistani airspace while en route to France from New Delhi.
Pakistan lifted the ban on its airspace 140 days after Indian Air Force jets struck terror camps in Pakistan's Balakot region. The attack was carried out a fort nite after the deadly Pulwama terror attack, which claimed the lives of more than 40 CRPF jawans in Srinagar-Jammu highway in Kashmir.
In June, Modi avoided flying over Pakistan during a trip to Central Asia, even though its airspace was opened as a goodwill gesture.
Islamabad had fully reopened its airspace to civilian flights a month later.

Motive to write the petition

I hereby request to Pakistan's Prime Minister, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all other responsible persons and authorities to Ban Pakistan's airspace for India, keeping in mind what India is doing in Kashmir, India has put a curfew in Kashmir since last 20 days all Kashmiris are cut from other World.

Anticipate Action

India should be banned to fly over Pakistan until justice is done in Kashmir, Kashmiris should be free to decide to whom they want to join Pakistan, India or a separate state.
